Parental Rights Bill We urge Governor Jim Justice to use his authority to add this bill to the Special Session and the West Virginia’s legislature to support and pass this bill that protect Parent’s God-given rights over the health and welfare of their children and a bill truly designed to protect the children’s innocence.
